The idea is very simple. Get the blog started and up, Find content to put on that blog, Monetize the blog in a simple way and then get website visitors to your blog. I will show you how to do this quickly and easily.
How to start Your Very First Blog Site Fast and Easy
I am going to show you in this post How to start Your Very First Blog Site Fast and Easy. Simply follow the steps below and you will be well on your way to getting started.
Step One: Register a domain name and web host.
the way you do this is simply head on over to Blue Host and get the recommended Plan. Here…
Get the $5.95 package and get started for your first month, you will make that money back after you monetize and get traffic to your blog. This is a simple and effective way to get started.
Enter your desired domain name. If you already have an idea then you can start playing with different names that go with your idea. I like to start with a keyword that I already know gets views and then start playing with action words to make it a long tail domain.
Once you have a domain name in mind enter it and then click the “Next” button. If you already have a domain, enter your domain name instead on the “I Have a Domain Name” part.
after you pick a domain name you will want to Select a package.
Finish filling out the form and select a package. If you do not have much money to start I would go with the 12 month plan. Remember that if you monetize your blog correctly and make it appealing you will start making your money back your first month.
Step Two: Install WordPress onto your website.
You will need WordPress. As I continue to make new videos and blog posts I will be referring to WordPress as this is the most popular blog website platform available on the market today.
After you have logged into your Blue Host, the first two boxes in the picture above explain how to find WordPress and Install it from your Blue Host account. You log in, click on hosting then find and click on the WordPress Icon.
Once you have done that you will simply click install as shown above and put in a domain. Once you have an awesome Domain entered simply check the terms and conditions and click Install Now.
The next thing is to wait for your blog site to be installed then you will be ready for the next simple step.
Once that is finished you will be sent to a Congratulations page where you will get a URL to save. This is how you access your New WordPress site. Simply click the “Admin URL” and enter the username and password that you were given. Do not lose this information.
Once you are on the admin Page simply enter your username and password and you are in. You should now see your WordPress dashboard. Play around to familiarize yourself. Look on YouTube for some basic tutorials to help you find your way around WordPress.
Step Three: Install your WordPress Theme
Where do you get themes? Login to WordPress and go to Appearance, Themes and Install Themes. You can search for different WordPress themes or you can select the ones that you see available there.
Select a theme and install it. Then you can start Blogging. My personal opinion is that you first monetize your blog first with Click-bank or Sellfy first so that you can start making money right away. This series is focused on how to make money with a blog for beginners.
Once you have monetized your blog site you can start getting website traffic to read your blog posts and click on your banners and ads. From there its just a numbers game. Get more people to see your blog posts and ads and make more money. You will how to start a blog and make money
